I never had an interest in photography until I saw my baby boys through the lens and then I couldn't stop taking pictures. Thank God for the digital age because I can take hundreds before I find one I like. After I began photoing my children I found myself examinging all aspects of my world from an asthetic perspective, looking for shots and angles, shades and colors. It is a truly beautiful and eye-opening world when you look at all of its parts and not just as a big mass of humanity. There is something truly powerful about capturing the smallest details of a moment in time. I see the world much clearer now even when the camera is put down.
